Terms and Conditions

To be considered when ordering from Hacienda Blue: Due to the bespoke & handcrafted nature of this furniture each item will have some slight discolouration and imperfections. For example the bone and resin colour will have some variation. These variations are part of the appeal of the furniture and should be both expected and appreciated as it is this that makes each piece unique. Resin colour may also be slightly different to the colour that was depicted on your screen. 

Pricing

​All prices are in Singapore dollars and are exclusive of any delivery charges which will be advised separately upon ordering.

Payment:
35% Non-refundable deposit due at time of order & remaining 65% due before scheduled delivery.

Payment options: Direct Bank Deposit (into Singaporean Bank Account), Cheque or PayPal. When utilising Internet Banking please ensure your name is included as the reference within your payment details area. This will assist us in identifying your order and processing it quickly. 

Insurance:
Transit insurance will be taken out by Hacienda Blue and/or our suppliers to ensure that your goods are fully covered for any accidental damage or breakages that may occur during the delivery process.

​Delivery:
Hacienda Blue delivers to Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia wide. Delivery costs are incurred by the customer and will be advised at the time of order. 

To meet all orders of various sizes and fragility Hacienda Blue use a variety of professional carriers. Your location and order size will impact on the speediness we can get your order to you.

How are delivery charges calculated? 
All deliveries have freight charges calculated depending on the size of the order. Some orders require a 2 or 3 man crew for safety reasons and to ensure you receive the best service possible or due to the logistics of the delivery address.

​Delivery Time frame
Once orders have been collated and placed with the manufacturer there is a 7-12x week manufacturing and delivery timeframe. A further week is required for custom clearance (this can take longer due to circumstances beyond Hacienda Blue’s control) and final delivery. Please be aware of these timeframes when placing your order.

Furniture will be delivered to metro areas within 4x working days of custom clearance via a specialised fragile furniture courier and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Smaller items (Boxes, Trays, Folding stands and Photo frames) will be delivery to metro areas within 4x working days of custom clearance via registered post and will require a signature upon delivery. For regional and other areas please allow an addition 3-4 days for your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please provide Hacienda Blue with a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday and Friday. A post office box address cannot be accepted.

If there is nobody to sign for the goods when they are delivered the courier will leave a missed delivery advice card in your letter box advising of the failed delivery. The goods will then be returned to their local depot and you will then need to make contact with the courier directly to arrange an appropriate time for a re-delivery. Re-delivery will be an additional charge at your expense.

Storage of item

Should your item need to be stored due to an unsuccessful delivery, a fee will be incurred by you.

Delivery Instructions:

Please provide clear delivery instructions within the "Special Delivery Instructions". Many of the products are large and heavy in nature and may require special delivery arrangements. It is imperative that you provide us with any special delivery details relating to your delivery address. Should your delivery address be in an apartment block, high rise building, block of units or flats or have restricted access you must notify us, so that special arrangements can be made if necessary.

What time of the day will my order be delivered? 

Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm.

Will I have help to take the goods inside my home or business? 

Deliveries for non-bulky items will not require assistance. For pieces of furniture, we believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this we use professional furniture couriers who call to confirm a time for delivery and take extra care throughout the entire process. Your item/s will be hand unloaded and carefully placed in your home or office by professionals. This service does not include unpacking or rubbish removal.

 

Receipt of Delivery: 

Before signing as having received the products in good order please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.

You must notify Hacienda Blue of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on +65 9061 9446 or josephine@haciendablue.com.

Once Hacienda Blue have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will liaise directly with our suppliers to resolve the issue. Please refer to the Refunds & Returns Policy below for more information.

Refunds & Returns Policy: 

Hacienda Blue will only make, and is only obligated to make, a refund in accordance with their Refunds & Returns Policy, the guidelines for eligibility are detailed in this policy below. Items must be repacked in original packaging or packaging of a similar nature for the return pick up to ensure they are protected in transit.

1. Where your products are damaged in transit - Hacienda Blue carry transit insurance to protect our customer’s purchases, however where you have signed for goods without outlining any faults or damage then these goods may not be covered by transit insurance. You must inspect your goods upon delivery and outline any faults or damage on the delivery note before signing it. You must ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the damage immediately following the delivery.

You must notify Hacienda Blue of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so, will mean that any transit policy will be voided.

2. Your goods have a manufacturers fault/flaw or damage - If you detect a manufacturers fault with your item you must notify Hacienda Blue within 24 hours days. Faults not reported within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

3. The incorrect item has been delivered to you - Please contact Hacienda Blue within 24 hours of the delivery of an incorrect item. We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item and discuss replacement/refund options with you. You will not incur any additional costs in this circumstance.

4. Goods damaged by you and natural wear and tear. We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) or due to natural wear and tear following delivery.

5. Method and payment of refunds. You accept that all refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account.

Colours of products: 

Hacienda Blue take care to ensure we provide you with accurate colour descriptions and images, however, there may be reasons why the colour of your item on arrival is not as depicted on your screen. 

1. Colours of products displayed on your computer monitor may vary from the actual colour of the item you are purchasing this is due to the high variance in colours utilised by computer monitors.

2. Hacienda Blue products are handmade and there may be variance in colour or pattern for this reason.

​3. It is imperative you quote the correct pantone colour range or supply a sample of the colour when you are ordering to eliminate disappointment in the colour of your time.

​Hacienda Blue will not offer a refund due to a variation in colour from that depicted on our website, Facebook page or catalogue and your screen.

Exchanges
No exchanges are possible due to the pre-order and custom made nature of Hacienda Blue products.

​Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched? 
Hacienda Blue are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

Can I add items to an existing order? 
It may be possible to add to your order depending on timeframes and schedules so please do ask as we will endeavour to assist you wherever we can.

How Can I Track my Order?
Hacienda Blue will communicate with you throughout the order, manufacturing and delivery process via email. You will be informed at the following:
1. When your deposit is due and has been received
2. When your order has been placed
3. When your 65% remaining payment is due and has been received 
4. When your order has left India
5. When your order has arrived in Singapore / Australia etc and when you can expect delivery

Cancellation of Order
​The initial 35% deposit is non-refundable as Hacienda Blue pays this to the manufacture to allow them to commence manufacturing your order. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to making the 65% payment you can do so but as stated no refund is possible.

Pricing and Product Availability
​Hacienda Blue exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in pricing and product information! If such mistakes occur, Hacienda Blue reserve the right to correct them and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Changes to Pricing
Hacienda Blue makes every effort to ensure that our pricing is correct and up to date. In the event that the price of your purchase/s is higher than that quoted on our catalogue we will contact you immediately by email or phone to advise of such change and to gain your permission to proceed with the order. Should you not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.

Risk and Title: All risk in supplied products will pass from Hacienda Blue to you at the time of delivery to you. The ownership of products remains with Hacienda Blue until full payment for all supplied products has been received by Hacienda Blue.

Limitation of Liability
Hacienda Blue have taken all reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents of the Hacienda Blue website, Facebook page, Instragram, Twitter and catalogue and the information provided are accurate and up to date. However, we do not give any representation or warranty as to the accuracy and completeness of information contained on the website, Facebook page, other social media and catalogue and cannot be held liable for any person/s who may suffer loss relying on any information contained on this website. We disclaim all implied and/or express warranties, take no responsibility and assume no liability for the content of the Hacienda Blue website, Facebook page and catalogue. Except as expressly stated in these terms, Hacienda Blue will not be liable for any loss whatsoever (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of opportunity), expense, damage, or injury that is suffered in connection with your access to, or use of, or inability of the Hacienda Blue website, Facebook page, other social media and catalogue the content or materials of the website, Facebook page, other social media and catalogue or any purchases made through the website, Facebook page, other social media and catalogue except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Hacienda Blue accepts no liability for any error in data or other information transmitted through the Hacienda Blue website, Facebook page, other social media and catalogue whether that error is caused by you or any technical malfunction or or unauthorised access to or alteration of data or other information transmitted through and information contained on the Hacienda Blue website, Facebook page, other social media and catalogue.

​Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, that part will be severed from this agreement and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally enforceable agreement with Hacienda Blue. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you should not place an order with us. By placing an order with us you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions so please ensure you have read through these thoroughly.
